The golf course was designed by English architect John Dering Harris, one of the best designers in the industry and a golfer world-renowned for designing and redesigning more than 400 golf courses on five continents.
“I’ll be designing 18 holes near the beach, borrowing from the style of the classic Scottish links courses that were built near the sea and made golf history. I will build a golf course that combines the best technology with a beautiful landscape. Here is Scotland with a Mediterranean climate”. And so it has been since 1972.

Albarella Golf Links is a par 72 golf course of the highest standard. The course, which covers 70 hectares and a length of 6,130 meters, is enriched by a series of water and sand obstacles that test the skill of players with dunes, lakes and tamarisk.
